Mission District – Real Estate

The Mission District consists of The Inner Mission and Outer Mission, and is located between Noe Valley and Potrero Hill and SOMA on its’ Western Border.  It has become one of the fastest changing neighborhoods in the city. Home to a rich Hispanic cultural history since the 1950’s, defined by colorful building murals and Latino festivals, ethnic dining, El Salvodoran bakeries, taquerias, grocers, and bargain shopping dotting Mission Boulevard.

The Valencia Street Corridor only 1 block from Mission Blvd. offers a distinctly different lifestyle catering to the college grad, Hipster, artist, activists and urban dweller with its’ hip vibe, dining, nightlife, chic & unusual boutiques, used bookstores and modern furniture options.  These communities are learning to live in harmony each bringing its own flavor to the neighborhood.

Traditional and new construction modern apartment flats, condo’s, Multi-Units, Edwardian and Victorian single family homes are found here!  The busy streets are filled with shoppers, it’s easy to walk and cycle this neighborhood and public transportation is abundant. Many parklet’s offer respite and Dolores Park offers great recreation, people watching and outdoor tennis courts.
