Pete Brannigan

Pete Brannigan, top realtor in San Francisco

Pete Brannigan is a fourth generation San Franciscan, born and raised in the same Noe Valley property that his father and grandfather called home before him. Growing up, he graduated from Saint Paul's Grammar, Saint Ignatius High, City College of San Francisco and S.F. State University.

Pete has an appreciation of the unique and often quirky nuances of the city’s many neighborhoods as well as for their architectural and historical significance. Since buying his first property in 1971, he’s had first-hand experience with most property ownership issues. As a professional agent, Pete has had a great deal of experience with every type of property: single family homes, condos, multi-unit apartment buildings and luxury residences.

Pete’s been a licensed real estate agent since 1990, joining forces in 2007 with Brown & Company, a local brokerage ranked in the Top Ten selling companies in the city in 2010. He soon opened an office at 4156 24th Street to serve the neighborhood and city he knows so well. Pete has been ranked as the #1 selling agent in Noe Valley in 2009 and 2010, and is the top agent for all of District 5.* Pete is a member in good standing with the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.

Pete’s passion is helping his clients to get the best deal possible. His skill in accurately assessing the potential, pricing and value in each property is well documented.  As most homes require some prep work to show at their best, Pete’s team and their exhaustive list of tradespersons helps to make the process quick, easy and profitable.

For those purchasing property, Pete and his team of buyer’s agents work carefully to listen and understand a client’s wants and needs throughout the purchasing process. Pete likes to cut through the distractions and help each client realize their ultimate real estate goals.

When clients talk about Pete and his style of doing business, they use words like “unpretentious,” “trusted,” and “straight forward.” He’s also known for finding creative solutions to complex matters and always keeping his clients interests and needs in the forefront. Over the years, he’s created quite a community around him. Everyone knows that he’s never too busy to help. “Drop on by the office!” Pete says to invite a client in to make a few copies, get the name of a good plumber, or just to share some exciting news.

Pete knows that consumers have plenty of choice when it comes to real estate. He understands the 24/7 nature of the market, the power of the internet to educate and inform, and the hyper-competitive nature of the real estate industry…and he still chooses to do business differently than most. Pete’s convictions are to continuously listen to wants and needs, and to help his clients make the right choices for them through the entire process of buying or selling a property.

Pete firmly believes that the reason behind his success lies with his past and current clients- that they are so pleased they come back to do business again, often sending their friends, family and colleagues, too.

If you have real estate questions and need professional insight and knowledge; if you would like an honest home evaluation; or if you’d like to invest in, sell or buy property in the near future, Pete would enjoy having an opportunity to be the one to help. Be sure to call today...
